We bring together sports and STEM in order to build self-efficacy and self-esteem in middle school girls throughout Greater Boston. We do this through deliberately designed sports-based interactive learning activities focused on STEM subjects by reinforcing established Massachusetts curriculum standards.

How we do it?
How we do it?
We create fun workshops for girls to engage in science, technology, engineering, and math while playing sports. Through shooting a basketball and analyzing the shot, girls use technology to learn concepts of geometry and physics. After running a race, girls explore the most energy efficient biomechanics and examine the materials science behind shoe design. STEM and sports go hand in hand.
